We ask that you kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. When booking, you’ll be asked to place a card on file, which will be charged in the event of a no-call no-show or late cancellation. While we understand that unexpected things happen, this policy is in place to ensure our providers’ time is respected.

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

• Severe pain and/or changes in skin color (pale, dusky, or blotchy) anywhere on the face, even if it’s away from the injection site.

• Increasing pain, discomfort, or color changes hours after your injection (these should improve, not worsen).

• Blisters or a herpes-like outbreak 24-72 hours post-injection.

• Severe swelling (three times increase in size) within 12 hours post-treatment.

Yes, we do! Just let our front desk know when you check in, and we’ll ensure your treatment is logged, and points are added to your account.

Most treatments do not require a separate consultation, as we conduct a consult at the beginning of all scheduled appointments.

Depending on the type of antibiotic, we generally recommend being off antibiotics for 2 to 4 weeks before your procedure. For patients who were on antibiotics due to an active infection, we ask that you wait at least 4 weeks before treatment at The Beauty Haven.
